Abstract

The rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in customer support has transformed how businesses interact with customers, promising enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction. This paper presents a comprehensive framework for measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) of AI implementations in customer support using a data-driven approach. By integrating quantitative and qualitative metrics, we provide a robust methodology to evaluate the financial and operational impacts of AI solutions.
